messages not sending/not being shown as sent

Having an odd BB problem. No BBM messages are sending or being received, texts are not being shown as sent but are sending and I am unable to read any messages I get. Has anyone else had this problem? possible fix?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? Is e-mail working?
