Please Login to Remove!
Is it true that bb has stopped all downloads from the internet?My download speed goes from kb/s to b/s.Then just shows error.Bottomline I am unable to download any mp3,video clip whatsoever.According to my carrier(mtn south africa)bb has stopped all downloads due to the fact that ppl abuses it.Is this true?Plz help.

BB has not stopped all downloads. If someone at your carrier told you that it's untrue.

I use wapafull and lagu.mobi to download mp3 music via bb internet.I used to have bb 8520 and it was working fine.Same websites.Now I'm having these probs.I did clear cache all of those stuff.Battery pull the works.Nothing seems to help.

I just downloaded a song from lagu.mobi with no problem. Do you have enough room on your media card? If that's not it then it may be something with your carrier.

That's what I thought.Ill try using vodacom and see if my problem still persists.Yes I do have enough mem left,About 2gig.Btw I've tried uc browser as well.Same problem.Do you think my sim could be the cause?I see some are 32k and some are 64k.

The sim has nothing to do with it. I would guess it's limited by your carrier.

Both Vodacom and MTN are limiting downloads. Do a search on it. You're not alone.

I really hope they lied.According to the lady I spoke to as of 17 october bb has stopped downloads from working.That didn't make sense to me,so I guess they lied.I'm gonna give them a call again soon.
