Default 9360 reboots itself??

Please Login to Remove!

Hi. Does anyone know why my phone would suddenly switch off on its own and then reboot itself? Once it's done that, the battery charge is suddenly halved. Most frustrating

Can you give us any more information? Are you using a third-party app when this happens? What version is your software?

Ditto the above. It would be useful to know what you changed or what you did, if anything, before this, or if it just started happening without anything different.

It could be battery, could be hardware problem with device, or could be a software issue with bad software or corrupt device software. You need to rule out one thing and then another.

If you got the device wet or even exposed it to a little moisture, you need to remove the battery and dry the device well. See the FAQ. If you did get the device wet it is likely too late now, but worth a try drying it out and testing.

Test with the media card removed, if you are using one.

Try another battery, if you can. Check the battery terminals on the device and make sure they are clean and not bent out of place. Make sure the battery fits tight in the compartment.

You may want to reinstall the OS. Don't reload apps. Instead, test beforehand, then only reload the apps you need, and test again. Then add remaining apps one at a time and test in between.
