Just looked at my phone and it is a Blackberry 9360 and it has Black/White Vertical Lines On Screen,Is my phone broke?

Possibly. Have you done a hard reset just to be sure? Have you dropped it recently? Sat on it? Has it gotten wet?

Pull the battery out for 30 seconds, then put it back in. If someone sat on it and damaged the screen, there's nothing to be done for it. Send it for repair or replace it.

Have you made a backup of your data? If the BlackBerry is ruined, you'll want a copy of your data for the new phone.

Does the LCD just need replacing? And can I tell what version it is with out opening phone up?

Possibly, but I'm not sure. I'm not sure what you mean by version.

Either way, it is probably cheaper to replace your phone than repair it, unless you have a good warranty.

on ebay it says there are a few different versions of of the lcd screen? I am gonna do it my self to save some doe,there around 26 pound
