what is this symbol on 9300?
 
i have a 9300 sometimes a symbol appears in the middle of the screen and the phone freezes it is a tiny black square with a white finger revolving in the middle is this a wi fi prob,memory full, or low batterie sign,i am new to blackberry and this forum.

The spinning clock symbol is the replacement of the rotating hourglass on the older OS versions, meaning the device is too busy for anything else at the moment. Expect to see it briefly once in a while, but you don't want to see it happening all the time for long periods, or continuosly.

If it is a problem, look at the apps you are running and free app memory.
