Hi,

I have the most recent version of BB AppWorld and Blackberry ID. I downloaded them today to resolve the issue below but still now joy. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

I've not been able to download apps ever since I switched to the 9900 (even though this is my third device and the most recent was not a restore from a backup from my previous device).

I can browse apps fine. Once selected (regardless of free or paid apps) i select download I get the BB Appworld terms & conditions to agree to. Once agreed nothing happens.
This cycle just repeats over and over every time I select to download an app.

My BB ID is correctly stored on the device as i use BB Protect fine and can bring up payment info through the options menu.

Any suggestions?

Unless your carrier is blocking the downloads, this is the only thing i found.
