please help, after trying to upgrade, bbm sign dissapear, already trying to reinstal it but after long queued it said some errors occurs .. till now still not working :(

We're you doing the upgrade via app world? If the old version of BBM is still installed, delete it if possible. Then, instead of using app world, point your BlackBerry browser to blackberry.com/messenger and download. I think that will work. I believe blackberry.com/BBM also works. Try one or the other, whichever works.
