No attachment option for messages

I have the new blackberry curve 9320 and for some reason I don't have the option to send pictures. I have neither of the options to attach a picture or send a picture. When I go to my pictures and go to a picture I want to send I only have the options to send but only to email and bluetooth, but no MMS.

What do I need to do so I can get the option to attach pictures to my messages?

Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan?

You need to have that in order to have MMS.
