i have reset my phone and the statuses for my friends on bbm wont show, i do not mean recent updates, i mean statuses, such as; Busy. I have the most recent update for bbm i think is 7.0, so if that makes any difference, or if there is a way to solve this problem, please help!

If you have BBM7 those KB's don't apply as there is no longer a backup/restore in BBM7. It's all backed up with your BBID.
