HI Everyone,

please kindly help me with this issue of my BB8520, when i connect it to my computer with my USB it does not recognize it and turn on the mass storage such that i can access my Media card through the computer.

Any help...

You must set this option in the device first.

Thanx dc/dc, i know one has to set the option immediately one plugs in the usb but in my case the option never prompts such that i can select. if i plug in the usb it will only be charging instead of bring up the option of whether to swtich on mass storage or not.
