i have a big problem with the softwareupdate on my Blackberry Bold 9900.
After more than 8 hours it has not finished yet and there has been the same waitingsign for at least 4 hours now.
What can I do?

had the same problem .. ended up not installing it. However i unfortunately had to restore my laptop to factory settings and then the new software updated ok..May be delete off desktop and load from scratch?
