Default Getting bb 9930 to work on the Internet on any network

hi everyone, i have a blackberry 9930 bold which was locked to sprint. it is unlocked or at-least i believe so and i can call and text using an airtel sim card. But i cant use it to browse on the internet. Is there another level of unlocking that can get it to work??? PLEASE HELP.....

You need the Service Books for internet, and those are only available if you subscribe to a BlackBerry data plan. There is nothing to "unlock" as far as getting the internet to work.

Since that device is primarily a CDMA device and only secondarily a GSM device and because it is not supported natively on your service provider, you would need to manually load the Service Books from your carrier either from a previous BlackBerry that you have or from a download from the internet (which is probably not available).

You likely would be better off selling it and getting a device supported by your carrier.

Depending on the blackberry model and carrier, inbedded in the service books are id's that restrict the use to the type and service.

As was suggested , get a new phone.
