Can anybody help! When I make a call on my 9790 I don't hear the ringing tone so I don't know if my call is logged. On receiving calls I hear the incoming ring tone but on answering there is nothing ie no receipt. I can only receive calls on loudspeaker not on audio.

Have you tried popping the battery out and then back in?
Was the BB dropped or did it get wet?
