Hi guys,

I've recently got a BB Curve 9320 from Phones 4U on a T-Mobile contract (250 texts, 50 mins & 250mb data - £10.50 a month)
I'm not too sure whether it's me setting it up wrong but it doesn't seem that my BBM is working properly - I haven't recieved any friend requests nor have my friends received mine.
I think that it's included on my tariff but I'm not 100% sure
Is there anything I can do to activate it or something like that?

You need a BlackBerry specific data plan (and not a generic "data" plan) in order to use BlackBerry data features such as BlackBerry Messenger.

Contact TMobile and get the proper data plan.
