Hello guys I have had a Blackberry curve for nearly a year when yesterday i lost it. Today i bought a secondhand BB storm 9500 i think it is one without a track pad it looks great. The battery has been completely warn out so I charged it and left if for a bit and then it started up with my setup and it says click continue or close. Whichever i click continue or close both register i am clicking so it highlights blue it but don't continue. Now i am not sure if it is me being thick and doing something wrong or if there is a major problem which i am hoping someone can help me.

Hi....I have a Blackberry 9530 make Verizon while Reliance is my carrier. I have activated BIS and enterprise mail services through Reliance on my SIM. When I`m trying to insert SIM, Mobile is booting with Veizon than there should be display "EDGE" inplace of "edge". I discussed with customer care, they replied BB service has activated. Also I checked same SIM in other device that`s not verizon, its working fine with "EDGE". So kindly guide me to help for my BB-9530 for BIS through Reliance.

You've been here since 2011 and you still thought it would be ok to bump an unrelated thread with your question? Wow.

The reason it's not working is that the 9530 was a CDMA device primarily, not GSM. If you wish to use the 9530 for BlackBerry service, you should activate it as a CDMA device. E-mail [email address] or phone *389.
