Hi team,

I need urgent help in terms of resolving the issue which I am facing of recently.

I am having BB 9300 running on latest version of OS. Till date have been very much satisfied in terms of using the mobile, specially in terms of playing youtube video on WIFI.

But since last few days, dont know why, but I am not able to play any youtube video. Everytime I try to play, I get only one error- "Content not available. Server is blocked or unresponsive"

I have tried every single thing, starting from hard reboot to re-installing the OS. I have also checked the WIFI connections, but the issue is still not fixed.

Thus, guys, please help me and provide me the solution to get it start...

You did not indicate if this is a corporate phone but it sounds like your service to these sites is restricted. Not uncommon on a corporate device.
If you own it, see if you can go to other sites without problems. If you can then Try this link if your not on a corporate server.

KB19091-Error "Content not available. Server is blocked or unresponsive" occurs when attempting to access videos on m.youtube.com from the BlackBerry smartphone

Do you have a blackberry data plan or bolt on active on your account?

What did you do just before losing the ability to access YouTube?

Have you resent service books and performed a battery pull?
