9780 Stuck In Cal Mode!!!

It says type 'START' to start JAVA.
Release OS.
Then there is a text in red sayin "MFG ERR: 701"
BandTxPowerCalibration_2pt:GMSK_PS"
tried reloadin os but still.
bbsak wont detect fon
jl_cmd wont detect.
MFI brings cannot connect to boot rom.
..... Need your help.:-(

I see you asked same at 9780 STUCK!!! - BlackBerry Support Community Forums. My opinion, I suspect the device has been damaged beyond repair.

surely there must be a solution, this is software not hardware...where can i find the NAL loader for 9780....
