My blackberry 9790 is acting very weirdly. When i charge my phone,it would increase by large amounts or just skip too 100% charge,however when i stop charging it,and use it for a few minutes,the charge will start dropping rapidly will usually go to yellow but sometimes red and shut off my radio use. I replaced the battery but that didn't solve the problem. Also my blackberry will restart multiple times a day. Usually its in my pocket and im just sitting there,i take it out and its restarting. Is there a software problem or something that i need to know about? Please help

Did you dropped the device? Try to update OS.

I may have dropped tossed it from a 3 foot range a few times onto my couch but thats it,i will try to update the os and see wat happends.

After update OS that will not solved your problem then it's a hardware problem.

Please stop "helping". You're not. In the United States and Canada, there are no special BlackBerry Service Centres.

If a software update does not fix the issue, please visit a Mobilicity store to have your device repaired or replaced.

I updated my OS already to the latest version,but now it restarts even more. Do u know what in the hardware specificaly is damaged or that i need to replace?
