my BBM just dissapeard from my phone!!!

Pls help me I got a link to upgrade my bbm from a frnd and after I upgraded it just dissapeared from my homescreen ,d I can't ping anymore the same thing also happened with my app world when I tried upgrading and even if I try to download any of the two again it still doesn't come on even after rebooting. Pls help me!
