No idea what ping is, so I googled it.
Some sort of Apple sponsored social networking thing.

How to disable a Ping account in iTunes ?

Also it sounds like the child did not tell anyone the phone was lost before the person who found it replaced the SIM. Not sure is BB Protect can find it without access to the original SIM. the Carrier can shut off the SIM but beyond that almost nothing.

Ping is also as whats app by I phone you can share photo etc,
But by Black Berry its your phone id is connected by the server.
So T-mobile cannot block the ping, only your sim card.
Thats the problem her phone is now used by someone who found it.
Put a new simcard in and he can use the mobile but he used my daughter's ping because he has her phone id.
I logged in BB protect is see that it is active but i cann't find the BB.
He put some strange photo to mine daughters girlfriends and thats the problem.

As stated, Ping is a service (Social Media/IM) that you can link to a host of photo sharing apps and features. Disassociate your Ping account from those services and the posting should stop.

Consider it a lesson learned. Do not save passwords or link accounts unless you are sure you can sever them in case the phone is lost of stolen.
