Hi everyone,

please kindly assist with this issue: i have a BB9900 and i have used one BB before but now i can't remember my BB I'd password or answer to security question.
so I want to use a new username (email add), how do i go about changing this detail on the phone?

If you can't remember your BlackBerry ID password and security question, then you will need to create a new BlackBerry ID.
