Tour 9630 says "off" on network after firmware upgrade
 

This unlocked 9630 was prompting for a device update. It worked fine under Tmobile GMS as unlocked phone. After the upgrade it know says "off" in upper right were it used to say Tmobile.

I have the same blackberry that is working fine and its also a tour, compared the settings and they are the same so I can't figure out what went wrong .....

Any help greatly appreciated.

Please consult the device manual for instructions on how to enable the wireless network.

that's no help ..... I now how to enable the network

options -> mobile network ->

Like I said I have two blackberry tour 9630's so I have one to compare to that is working on Tmobile just fine .... Its the other one that went through the device upgrade and now it won't connect to the network.

Never mind .... just had to go to manage connections .... problem solved

Don't be ungrateful. You did not state what troubleshooting steps you'd already taken, so we always have to start at the beginning.
