Email setting not working
 
Hi There
I am with Three and have a 9320. The other day i had to change my password for my email account and now i no longer get notifications on my phone.

I have tried to sort this but when i click SETUP and highlight my email acct, nothing happens.. i do not get the option to change things as it will not open.. any ideas please? xx

Ensure your BlackBerry data plan is still active.

sorry. what does that mean? i've had my phone less than a year

Contact Three. If you're on PAYG, you must activate a 10 or 15 BlackBerry bolt-on. If you're on contract, you need an Essential Internet or Ultimate Internet plan.
