Today I got Blackbery Z10 and have been tring for hours to move data from my old BB BOLD 9780 to the new Z10. Tried to download the LINK Software, for PC.......but I get a message that it is not a valid WIN 32 application......what can I do to solve this problem??????
Any help will be appreciated.

It doesn't sound like it downloaded properly. What version of Windows are you running?
