My only thought is you have low memory. Plug in the BB to a charger, let it charge for a while then without turning off the charger start the BB. Let it load, it may take quite a while. Once it is loaded I would check memory and delete some of the added appps or even excess emails.

Before you do anything, pull the battery first. then follow above.

If this does not work, you may have a corrupted OS and would need to reload it after a wipe. Either way it will take time to correct your problem.

Has it been dropped or been exposed to moisture in any way, shape or form?

I would try the battery pull then plug in the charger and let it load. It may tke a long time. Worse case you have a hardware issue.

good luck and hope you have a backup. If not download Desktop manager to your PC and make one when your back working.

Might be because of memory issue. Either increases the memory space or removes unwanted apps and sees.
