Default Unable to find requested server

Please Login to Remove!

a few days ago I wanted to sell my blackberry torch 9810 so I had to do a couple of steps for it to be suitable for 2nd hand. One of the steps was deleting some service books (no I dont remember which ones I deleted)
Then I decided not to sell it and now that I did those steps I get an error message every time I try to use the browser saying "unable to find requested serve" and I also can't use my blackberry app world
how can I fix this?
please help

Did you make sure your BlackBerry data service is associated with that device?

Not what I mean.

If you were prompted to sign in with your BlackBerry ID and then answered yes that you want to use that device from now on, then you are good on this score. If your device didn't do that, you may want to make sure your BIS account shows your device PIN, or update your account if necessary.

The next troubleshooting step is a hard reset, and resending service books if that doesn't work.
