Exclamation Network Blocked

Please Login to Remove!

I recently got a blackberry storm 2 9550 and got the unlock code but when i went in my options/advanced options/SIM card and typed MEPD it showed me this

ID:
Personlization:
SIM: Disabled
Network: Blocked
Network Subset: Disabled
Service Provider: Disabled
Corporate: Disabled


I need help unblocking the network!!

The Blackberry has been reported as missing or stolen.
Return it.

Blocked means blocked. Only the original owner who caused it to be blocked can get it unblocked.
