Unhappy "Protocol layer was unable to send a message"

Please Login to Remove!

Two of the 9 email accounts on my fully up to date Z10 cannot send emails, I get error: "Protocol layer was unable to send a message".

I tried deleting the accounts and creating them anew, no change.

I searched online and found various reported issues invlolving large attachments, Lotus Notes environments, etc, but none are applicable to my situation.

Blackberry KB33920, dated 05-28-2013, gives this as a Resolution: "This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available."

Can anyone help?

This can be caused by an attachment size limit.
