Error 507 and 9800 is not detected by App Loader or BBSAK
My blackberry 9800 appears to have been bricked. I was trying to install an updated OS but I wanted a clean slate, so to speak, so I used BBSAK to wipe my OS. I have the phone software installed but when I tried to reload the OS I got an error that said 'The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer'.
A quick search suggested that I delete the 'Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion' folder, re-install the OS and reboot. After doing this (several times) now my phone is not detected by Desktop Manager, BBSAK or App Loader. BBSAK no longer even opens, but it shows in the processes under Task Manager. I've tried to uninstall BBSAK and it keeps telling me there is another installation in progress.
Please what can I do to get my phone back??? I need it for work urgently.

did you drop or get it wet? the error is due to a lack of operating system on the phone.
did you use the correct OS during the update? Why did you do the update "several times". Why did you upgrade?
