Unhappy Wrong Call History

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB Z10 OS10 Version 10.1.0.273.

When someone calls me or i call someone the history is correct, it is when i go back to the call history to return the call. It says the correct name however, when I select it, it dials a completely different number.

It seems picks up related information to others in my contact list. For example if I have Brian Smith calls me and I have Brian Smith and Brianna Charles and Jerry Smith in my contacts. If i try and call Brian Smith back from my call history it will dial either Brianna Charles or Jerry Smith as it picks up the part of name from my contact lists.

Bad thing is I don't know until the call is connected. Very frustrating as sometimes it has called overseas!

I have noticed the touch screen is very easy to dial the wrong number. The list is close and my finger hits the one on top or below a lot.
I agree it's very frustrating

Same with the Q10. I think I'm tapping on one thing but get the one right below it. It happens to me all the time in Settings, Contacts, and in the Phone Logs.

Not sure I'm happy with the new phones. Blackberry needs to look at a few things like the touch screen and maybe do a OS update. Also push for more apps.
