Default Bold 9790 rebooting and software needed

Dear All,

Im new here and i have a problem with my Bold 9790

It reboots about twice a day and cant get to start up.

So every single day i have to use the bb desktop manager to make an software update so my it will work for about 6 hours then it reboots again and cant

You shouldn't be updating your device everyday. What did you do to your device? Wet? Dropped? Damaged?

Do you see any error messages or spinning clock before your device reboots. After the device reboots, you cannot get it to turn on again without connecting it to your PC and running Desktop Manager to reload the entire OS?

We need a lot more than my device is rebooting every 6 hours to help you.

Hi,

The problem is that i didnt have any problem it rebooted once in my pocket and the cycle began.

never dropped the device no wetness.

no spinning clock before device rebooting it rebbots randomly while im chatting.

yes it doesnt turn on without bein connected to pc and running desktop manager to reload entire OS.

Aside from reloading the complete OS, and wiping the device. You should find a reputable BlackBerry service/repair shop close by and let them take a look at it.
