Angry Help Bold 9700

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 9700 that came unpluged when i ws trying to up date all it will do when i boot up says" Battery doctor is attemping to access phone information" i've tried to reinstall but it comes up with same thing every time I know the battery is good have I tanked this phone? Any help would be appreciated Thanks Jimmy

Does the device boot up? Can you boot in safe mode and delete that app? Can you plug it in a try the update again?

yes i've tried to reinstall 3 or 4 times. How do you boot up in safe mode?

I usually warn my blackberry not to move when i'm doing an update. you may need to talk louder or be more convincing.
