Default Z10 alarm not working and overheating

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I got my Z10 2 months ago and a couple of weeks ago the alarm stopped working - when I have it on the bedside mode the clock screen turns white but no sound. I've tried reloading several times and still no luck. The phone also heats up randomly where the back gets super hot. help please!!

Make sure your using the charger that came with the BB. Also it is possible the battery is defective. Go back to the carrier or store and tell them whats going on. they should either replace the charger, battery or possibly the phone.

the OS that came with the phone should be ok.
