Default nBlackberry 9900

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought a new bold 9900,av an active bis frm my network.but any time I try to get a bb id,it tells me can't update bb id while offline.it also has an enterprise account activation but I can't activate it,it gives an error ' Activation failed.An error was encountered while sending the activation transmission'.of all the apps that came with it ,it is only whatsapp that is working.When logging in to Fb and twitter,it says am on a plan that doesn't support them,also bbm is not working,can send pin messages but can't see people's pin messages.pls I need assistance.,Note:I am just setting it up for the first time

trying to figure this out..

But do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? You need that for e-mail, Internet and BBM.

Enterprise Activation is a corporate function; if the company you work for has BES - BlackBerry Enterprise Server - you should contact them.

Otherwise you should contact Airtel and make sure your account is set up properly.

You can't delete it.
Once BIS is properly added to your account you can add personal e-mail accounts.
