Unhappy The BB Enterprise server has not responded

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I have looked at every possible solutions to the problem with the error message saying "The BB Enterprise server has not responded to your activation request. An error may have occured." I have tried turning the device off and taking the battery out, Even deleted the account from the BES server and recreated it and also by crosschecking the mailbox, data enabled, Network and the email accounts properly without any spelling errors........still the same error message,Please somebody anybody Help.......This is my first time to handle bb and will be grateful for any help.

KB10108-"Server not responding" error message appears during the enterprise activation process

Check the BlackBerry Messaging Agent (MAGT) log files to troubleshoot the issue. The log files are usually located in the Blackberry Enterprise Server installation directory in <drive>:\Program files\Research In Motion\Blackberry Enterprise Server\logs\<YYYYMMDD>. Check the MAGT log file for the day on which the issue occurred with the enterprise activation process.

Search the MAGT log files using the user name of the BlackBerry smartphone user's Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) email address.
