Default Quick Heal Error In Bes

Please Login to Remove!

After installing latest update of quick heal on BB9900 with BES, i am getting an error message mention " PUSH REGISTRATION Error" BIS service not in Coverage.

Looks like Quick heal is trying connect via BIS but i am user with BES. Pls advice

Reading their web site i find no information on using this app with BES serivce. My 9810 will not use Blackberry Protect due to BES IT restrictions and unless yours allows this type application it may be the same issue.
I suggest you contact the APP developer
