Default BB 9860, hard stuck under "E" during loading.

Please Login to Remove!

Can't update with BB Desktop, can't connect it on BBSAK... Can u plz some1 can u help me to fix this thing?

You need to give more details.
Did you drop the phone?
Get it wet?
Detail what your doing.

Update to what OS and where did you get it.
Have you loaded anything before?
