Default Z10: BB LINK sync with Outlook contacts & calendar

Dear Friend
I have a Z10 and just update new software for Z10 and BB Link, since then new version of BB LINK can confirm my sync of calendar and contacts (and did not transfer between pc and z10), on the other hand my contacts now are show triplicated. something is obviously wrong. some help comments please.

KB34413-After performing a two-way sync, all contacts and appointments imported with the previous version of BlackBerry Link are duplicated



KB33880-Calendar appointments are duplicated multiple times on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone

many thanks to take the time to send me the link, any way it said that BLACKBERRY team has not a resolution available so far..........i'm using my BB for my job and can not stay without my contact and appointments sync with my outlook, maybe I will have to jump to iphone or android phone.........very sad for BB Company, they start being the number 1 bussines and job phone and they forgot their origins.............thanks anyway......

Perhaps you should complain to BlackBerry at Device Support Forums - BlackBerry Support Community Forums, which may be more beneficial than a volunteer run forum not associated with them.

Or, if your job warrants it, get Exchange Active Sync like many companies have.

You can, of course, get another phone that you feel will work better for you.

I have the same issue and confirmed it on 3 or 4 other devices. It is a problem with the software. I did complain on the official forum but never got any reply or even an acknowledgment of the issue.
