Default Cloning my Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I have just upgraded from a Blackberry Bold 9000 to a Blackberry Bold 9900 and I want to transfer all the data from my old BB to the new one. This includes my Phonebook, my MemoPad, Pictures, Music, Apps, Emails and Settings so that my new BB will be identical to the old one. All my data is stored in the handset memory rather than on the SIM.

I should also like to know the maximum size of SD card I can put into my new BB.

By the way, I have a SIM-free contract with EE.

Am Fear Mor.

1. Use BlackBerry Protect (back up the 9000 and restore to the 9900) or use the BlackBerry Desktop Software and the switch device wizard.

2. KB05461-MicroSD card sizes supported by the BlackBerry device software

No SIM? So no email, no calls limited usage, what other than a memo pad is it needed for.

I believe OP has mobile service. I think sim-free means unlocked (or not locked).

I did read an article on people using SIM-less phones for just memo and contact holders . Seems like a waste
