Default Purge Pending data packets do not work

Hi guys,

I've been trying to 'purge pending data packets' for outstanding BES Messaging Queue.

When I purge pending data packets for selected users on the webconsole, I get 'The pending data packets have been purged for all devices', which is the correct response. However, the data packets are not being purged. The pending packets are still there.

I just restarted BES services. I don't think I started it in the correct order. But the pending data packets are already gone. Hopefully, I didn't do anything bad.

So far it's working good and I can purge again.

sometimes on the older BES a reboot is best but glad you have it sorted now
