Ok, I have a really weird one here.
A little background:
The problem was happening on a Z10 which has been replaced with a Q10 and the problem is still there.
The Q10 is new and has been set up with and Exchange 2010 server via ActiveSync.
We configured the Exchange account on the Q10 and the contacts list got pupulated (it was completely empty beforehand)
After the synchronisation was completed we noticed some of the users had extra information on the Q10 that did not show up in outlook. The contact does exist in outlook but it can sometimes be missing a phone number or fax number etc...
I thought the user must have a corrupted profile so I configured his account on my computer and I'm missing the same information.
I tripple checked and the user doesn't have any other contact lists configured in exchange and the number of contacts corresponds to the number of contacts show in Outlook.
How is this possible? The Q10 just got the contact list from the exchange server, Outlook should have the exact same information.
I realise this maybe more of an exchange question but I thought someone here might have seen something similar before.
