Default Attaching or drag/drop items in device/downloads directory

How do I "see" the directory tree for my Z10? How can I drag and drop a file from "device/downloads" directory to my (Windows) computer, if I can't find it? All I can see when Z10 is hooked to computer is the media card. Similarly, I can't "attach" an item in "device/downloads" because the paper clip "attach" function also takes me only to the media card folders, not to the device memory.

Download Blackberry LINK from blackberry.com It's a free management program that will allow you to move files and other items back and forth to a computer.
