Do you have the BB data plan? Are you adding via PIN# or Email?

Call your phone service carrier and ask them to be sure that you have the BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE on your account.

All depends on your carrier. Some have data plans that allow Internet, but no other BlackBerry Services.

As has been stated several times, contact your carrier.

cancel the sim you activated that came with the blackberry.
while on the phone to o2 doing that, get them to add the blackberry bolt-on to your original contract. yes they will do that, and yes it will be extra.
