I have my pin, got that ages ago, but how do I open bbm?
I know Its sounds stupid but how do I go on bbm? x

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
If not, you need one.
If you do have a BlackBerry Data Plan, you must download and install BlackBerry Messenger. From the browser on the BB, go to www.blackberry.com/messenger

How can I sign out of my BBM? I can't find any option, if there's any. Heehee..

It's a good question! You can't. It is always active (even in the background). It's like Texting - you can't sign out!
