****bbm Icon Gone*** Need Help!**

Ok so I had a problem with my end button, it was making a loud beep and taking me to the recent calls screen everytime i clicked it. i was told to do a battery pull and i did, which fixed this problem. however after the battery pull by BBM Icon was gone.

I looked in all the folders, instant messages, applications, downloads, etc. and it wasn't hidden there. I reinstalled it but it would only make me start a new account so i un installed it.

I know i still have an account because i have had multiple bbm contacts message me and it says that the messages have been delivered, but i have no way of getting to the messages!

PLEASE HELP ME, this is so frustrating and i have tried everything short of going to a store.

what OS you running? may need to reload your OS? upgrade?

i did upgrade the bbm but i did not have my account anymore.

You need to wait longer than an hour for a response. It is the middle of the night in North America you know. And please do not double post.

First try another battery pull. If that doesn't set things right, re-download BBM from BlackBerry's site. You might also try upgrading your OS to the latest/greatest as this problem has cropped up before.

I also lost some contact pics, but they came back on their own after an hour or so. Probably an automatic update, either of my Google contacts or Facebook contacts, brought the BBM contact profile pics back.

I am currently havin problems with my bbm icon, it has disappeared from my phone but it is still showin in my applications list. Can anyoone help??
