Bassicaly..i have a friend in the uk, but I don't live there.when I wanna send or recieve a video, it loads a little and then goes expired in red fonts...no one has ever answered me..please help

Yes,sometimes it works,sometimes it doesn't..that's why I need help, I can't understand why the video goes expired

Its not one video, its every video, they're from 1.20mb to 4.50mb, I used to send them without any problems
