Ok...
So I got a B 9300 with 6Os from orange, on it my BBM worked great and showed contact pics and stuff....but the hardware was faulty so I got it replaced.
They sent me a handset with the version 5 OS, my BBM contact pics didnt come up even when i upgraded the BBM, also when I try to back up or restore contacts it tells me im currently being registered and it will only take a few minutes, its been like that for 2 days :/
I upgraded the OS to 6 but the problem still happens :( Its really getting on my nerves now, how do i solve the picture problem and the registration problem?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated, I'm new too BB and have no idea what i am doing -.-
