I just upgraded my contract from an old Curve 8520 to a new 9360, it includes the Blackberry Booster so obviously BBM should work. I have been given a new pin from my old phone, and I have downloaded all new updates, but it seems that any requests i send are not being received and vice versa. I am stuck with 0 contacts, and all requests are just stuck on pending, can anyone help me? Thanks.

And have them make sure that the BlackBerry Data Plan Service (BIS) is properly activated for the new device.

Ahhh, I wondered what carrier meant haha, yeah i'm with T-Mobile, I rang them up, and although on there website it says clearly that with my package you get unlimited blackberry services and the blackberry email booster, the man on the phone said that it wasn't part of my plan?
