on 1 of them i can receive but when i send it just comes up with the tick and no d
i have reseted deleted reinstalled sent service book and it still does the same thanks

Have you communicated another way with the other person to find out if they are receiving the message or not? Is this a case of the message being delivered but not showing delivered on your device?

You can both try resending service books and do a hard reset. If the indicators have worked before, then I would give it time to correct on its own if this doesn't work.
