We use Apriva Bt200 CAC Readers for our 8820's and 9000 Blackberrys. We are using 220.127.116.11 / 18.104.22.1684 software respectively. We are using a BES to handle the email traffic.
The problem I have run into is that a CAC reader that was working correctly has stopped working and I am unable to see why. The user got a new CAC card, and now the reader is unable to read the card. I was unable to Import the Certificates into the device. I can go into the Apriva Device Utility on the device, and in the diagnostics, the reader will see the card is inserted, but will not read it (yes it is inserted correctly). When I try to "identify the card" it tells me "CAC person applet is not present", and "CAC PKI applet is not present".
Not sure what else to try at this point....any thoughts, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
